Looking for a delicious and healthy side dish that will impress your guests? Look no further than these Oven Roasted Hook's Rub Lemon Pepper balsamic Brussels sprouts! This recipe is super easy to make, but packs a flavorful punch thanks to the combination of our zesty lemon pepper seasoning and tangy balsamic vinegar.

INGREDIENTS:
Hook's Rub Lemon Pepper
3-4 Cups Brussels Sprouts (sliced in half)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Minced Garlic
Water to rinse sprouts

TOOLS:
Sharp Knife
Cutting Board
Colander
Mixing Bowls
Sheet Pan
Parchment Paper

METHOD:
To get started, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Next, wash your Brussels sprouts in a colander and slice them in half with a sharp knife. Place the sliced Brussels sprouts in a bowl and toss them with some extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, and a generous sprinkle of Hook's Rub Lemon Pepper Seasoning.

Spread the Brussels sprouts out on your prepared sheet pan. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.

When they're done, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, drizzle them with a bit of balsamic vinegar, and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. These roasted veggies make a great side dish for any meal, and are sure to be a hit with even the pickiest eaters. Enjoy!
